Our Team

Our caring, experienced Montessori teachers spend significant one-on-one time with each child, guiding them toward self-directed activities and helping children develop self-discipline and self-discovery. Our teachers are carefully selected for their passion for education, as well as their Montessori–based beliefs. Our teachers believe that children grow and learn best in a loving, nurturing, and prepared environment. Their job is to encourage the child’s natural curiosity, to provide ample opportunities for self-guided exploration and discovery. They aim to direct the child to develop the skills needed to independently succeed and experience the thrill of accomplishment. Our Director Mrs. Erin has a rich educational background which spans 23 years in both elementary teaching roles and administration in a directorial position.
