Our summer program blends perfectly into our year-round Montessori schedule.
Included in your tuition, we provide 3 enrichment classes per week!
Music has been used as a method of education, therapy and enjoyment! During Music class, students will have the opportunity to sing, variety of musical instruments/props, and partake in musical storytelling! In doing so, children are able to learn in a fun and engaging way. During Music class, children will be asked to recall colors, patterns, and use instruments in order to promote confidence, hand-and-eye coordination, memory retention and more!
Studies have shown that being exposed to another language at an early age can dramatically increase the likelihood of reaching fluency and can open many doors during later life. The Spanish program (with specially tailored small group sizes) is specially designed to introduce your child to the Spanish language through the use of song, interactive activities, role play and stories. Your child will come home singing the songs we learn together, and most importantly, they will have FUN! We also focus on important socio-emotional skills such as learning to work as a team, building confidence in speaking in front of our peers and feeling comfortable in circle time. Learning another language is a wonderful gift – one I can’t wait to share with your child!
DanceKidz was created as a fun and interactive activity for all children. Dance helps the children to help build coordination, confidence and creativity through the use of dance. Using fun and upbeat music, we guide your children through stretches, games, and short routines to encourage gross motor skills such as jumping, skipping, and marching. Children will also have to opportunity to play fun interactive games such as animal freeze dance and many more!
